Subwoofer Application


The MaxxBass® 103 Processor is used between in-dash CD received and the subwoofer amplifier to increase the depth, loudness and perceived size of the subwoofer. MaxxBass® makes a 8" subwoofer sound equivalent to a 12" to 15" subwoofer, and makes a 12" woofer sound like a set of competition subs.


Connections & Settings:


  • Dual mono input (connect Sub Out to both Left and Right Input).
  • Single output (connect either Left or Right output) to mono amp.
  • Speaker Type Switch - Subwoofer (35Hz MaxxBass® Frequency).
  • Optional LPF - Off if used with crossover for CD Receiver.
